FARM ANIMAL SUPPLIES - DISPATCH SIX DAYS A WEEK TO EVERYWHERE IN THE UK, HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS, AND TO IRELAND
We use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and DPD for our deliveries and aim to be as cost effective as possible for our customers.
MON - FRI: We dispatch orders on the same day if made before 12 pm.
SATURDAY: We dispatch SMALL PARCEL orders if made before 10 am. LARGE ORDERS will be dispatched on the following Monday.

WHY DO I NEED REFRIGERATED DELIVERY?
Vaccines are sensitive to heat and extreme cold so they must be kept at the correct temperature - between 2°C and 8°C - at all times. We use special insulated delivery boxes to ensure that your vaccines stay within these temperatures.
This services is available Monday - Thursday (excl. Bank Holidays) to ensure vaccines are not left in transit over the weekend.
UNWANTED GOOD
We accept returns within 30 days on unopened items (excluding refrigerated items).
We will refund your order cost (excl. delivery cost) on those items. You will have to cover the return postage of the item back to us.
FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event an item is faulty, or you have received an item in error, please contact us and we will arrange a full refund or replacement.
In the event of returning faulty items we will cover the cost of the return postage.
